Why park your domains and make pennies when you can make dollars per click?

In my lifetime I have managed thousands of domain names for many different companies and myself own hundreds of domain names.

Lets say you get an idea for a business you want to start someday..and lets say life happens and this domain is sitting around doing NOTHING in your registrars account...but sitting there.. making you ZERO cash.

This is not good. Now you get smart and think hmm... I need to make money with this domain somehow...but how do I do it? How hard is it to do? Will it cost alot?
